Libsyn is taking Chinese investors, who hold 27% of the company’s shareholding, to court, alleging “massive fraud”. Three of these investors are currently in prison in China, in a story that’s been running since 2012 - if current Libsyn management are successful, their stock price could increase by more than a third.
