iVoox builds Spanish podcast ad marketplace

iVoox has launched the first native podcast advertising marketplace in Spanish. Podcasters choose their pricing and formats; iVoox connects them with proposals.

Audioboom suggests that advertisers get $400m a year of additional value from podcast live-reads, because podcasters just keep on talking about products.
Comments made by a podcast guest have cost him $500,000 in a defamation suit. The Action Network, which publishes The Favorites Sports Betting Podcast, also settled with the complainant out of court.
