Apple have published “Podcast Marketing Best Practices” - how to help get the word out: a glossy website with hints and tips.
Podcast app Anchor has added 'smart background music' to their service. You can choose music by style or keyword, and it will be edited into your podcast with auto-dipping.
Google Podcasts is adding support for Chromecast, allowing listeners to play a podcast from their phone to connected speakers and televisions. It’s still in a limited release.
