Your Morning Mantra - a short, three-minute daily podcast - has had over seven million downloads so far, says its producer, Podshape. The show has a new host - as of Monday, it'll be hosted by Australian TV personality Davina Rankin, who also hosts Who? Me for the network.

Orange Sky, a non-profit organisation that provides mobile laundry and shower services to the homeless, has worked with Podshape to produce The F Word - where the F stands for 'Friends'. Friends are transformative among the homeless community, and each episode highlights individuals who have experienced homelessness and how friendship can lead to change and healing.

The show is launched today in Apple Podcasts subscriptions, and looks at the story of Brandon Truaxe, a Canadian skincare entrepreneur who suddenly began to start posting some very odd social media messages.
