Leigh Zarelli joins Audible as Chief Product Officer

Audible, the leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling, has named Leigh Zarelli its Chief Product Officer. Zarelli will drive Audible’s global product roadmap and vision, overseeing Audible’s flagship product, Premium Plus, as well as its latest streaming offering, Audible Plus. Zarelli joins Audible’s executive leadership team, reporting to CEO Bob Carrigan.

Most recently, Zarelli served as SVP of Global Digital at Marriott International, where she drove the company’s digital and mobile product portfolio and strategies. In her role, Zarelli was responsible for more than $25 billion in annual bookings revenue, and delivered world class mobile experiences to Marriott International customers across the globe. Before joining Marriott, Zarelli held several executive leadership positions across digital media, marketing, and product management for leading global corporations like Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, AOL, and the Walt Disney Company.

Zarelli was recently recognized as a leader in technology leadership by the CMO Club in 2020 for excellence in leveraging technology to deliver breakthrough marketing and business success. She earned her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is an alumna of Dartmouth College.
