Watching You, New Podcast from Sony Music, Tells A Tale of Surveillance, Secrets, and Tragedy

Sony Music Entertainment today announced the premiere of Watching You, a new true crime podcast that examines the events leading up to the untimely death of Dominique “Nique” Leili in the summer of 2011. Hosted by Jonathan Hirsch, Watching You immerses listeners in the revelations of a murder investigation and the lasting impact on Nique’s family. Nique Leili, a mother of three, went missing in July 2011. After a week-long search led by her sister that drew national attention, she was found dead in nearby woods of her suburban Georgia home. The investigation revealed a disturbing truth – her husband, Matt, had been surveilling the family for years, hiding cameras throughout their home. The recordings exposed a twisted web of jealousy, lies, and control.

As the series unfolds, listeners hear never-before-released audio from thousands of surveillance recordings. Through interviews with those closest to Nique – all three of her daughters, sister and more – there will be detailed recounts of her day-to-day and the turmoil she was up against. Matt’s obsession with security and control turned their home into a fortress of cameras—leading to devastating consequences. The family suspected something was wrong, but the recordings revealed the chilling reality.
