Los Angeles CA, USA—The Unfiltered Gentlemen, a podcast centered around the craft beer lifestyle, announced that Eagle Rock Brewery head brewer Erick Garcia is joining the show to discuss the brewery, his background, the beer scene and much more. Eagle Rock Brewery was the first microbrewery to open in the City of Los Angeles in over 60 years. The show will be released on Tuesday, April 24, 2018, on all podcast outlets.
Eagle Rock Brewery opened in 2009 by husband and wife team Jeremy Raub and Ting Su with an emphasis on high-quality, well-balanced beer. When asked about the success of Eagle Rock Brewery and his recipes Erick said “We just try to make balanced beers…it shouldn’t be a struggle to drink your beer, why would you want to do that to yourself?”
