Platform Media Bolsters TV Ambitions with New-Hire: ex-Romesh Ranganathan producer, Tom Corrigan

Press Release · London, UK ·

Platform Media, recently formed through the merger with Listen and Goldhawk Productions, has appointed Tom Corrigan as Executive Producer, strengthening the company’s ongoing expansion into television. This marks its second major hire in a month, following the addition of Senior Executive Producer, Alex Watson.

Tom Corrigan brings a wealth of high-profile experience to the Listen team at Platform Media. His credits include series producing ITV’s breakout hit Romesh Ranganathan’s Parents’ Evening, ITV’s biggest new game show of 2024, and showrunning Romesh and Tom Take Takeshi’s Castle for Amazon Prime, which topped the platform’s charts for several weeks.

With unmatched connections across the UK comedy scene - from Joe Lycett, Richard Ayoade, and Jimmy Carr to Katherine Ryan, Richard Osman, Charlie Brooker, Rosie Jones and Michael McIntyre - Corrigan is ideally placed to help propel Listen’s mission to become a home for the UK’s biggest TV and entertainment productions.

The appointment reflects Listen’s growing ambitions in premium, talent-led content, as the label continues to deliver bold, addictive formats for video and TV audiences both in the UK and globally. Corrigan will Executive Produce across the company’s expanding video slate and oversee brand-new launches in autumn 2025.
