New York NY, USA—Tell Me What to Do with Jaime Primak Sullivan, the seventh weekly podcast series from the chart-topping Lemonada Media podcast network, launches today. The hilarious and relatable new series is hosted by creator, writer, and producer of screens big and small, Jaime Primak Sullivan. Star of Bravo’s Jersey Belle and bestselling author of The Southern Education of a Jersey Girl, Jaime reaches millions weekly with her daily digital series, #cawfeetawk, a hilarious, poignant, no-holds-barred exploration of life, love, and the human connection.

The trailer was released widely on June 18, with new weekly episodes dropping each Thursday starting today. Tell Me What to Do is available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, TuneIn, Pocket Casts, Castbox and Google Podcasts, among other notable platforms. Westwood One is Lemonada’s advertising and distribution partner.

For years, viewers have helped Jaime try to own her mistakes, make sense of her mess, and navigate life, love, God, and the human connection. Now? The tables have turned. Listeners ask the questions; she gives the answers. It’s the edgy audio advice column we all need. From marital stressors and parenting challenges to developing self-love and taking ownership of our sex lives, Jaime will respond to her weekly avalanche of listener questions submitted in the form of emails, FB/IG messages, tweets, and voicemails, as well as the overflow of comments fresh off the #cawfeetawk threads. Tell Me What to Do is the perfect compliment to Jaime’s daily digital series and a welcomed alternative to the cerebral self-help podcasts already crowding the space.

“It’s long overdue that all women discover an inclusive space created just for them. A two-way conversation that allows them to be comfortable sharing the issues that they are carrying. They deserve to know that they are being heard and that their heartaches, happiness, and everything in between, are valid. It’s time they know it’s okay to admit they like sex and want more of it, that they are permitted to end toxic friendships guilt free, to mourn the kid they thought there were getting and to fall head over heels in love with the one(s) they have. I couldn’t be more excited to be joining them in this safe space and am thrilled to be partnering with a women-run network that shares my vision and values," says Primak Sullivan.

“This show is a breath of fresh air. Jaime’s willingness to be open and vulnerable coupled with her signature brand of hilarious, unfiltered advice-giving comes at a time when people need guidance more than ever. It will make this show a must-listen for women everywhere, and a great ‘fly-on-the-wall’ listen for men, too,” adds Lemonada’s Chief Creative Officer, Stephanie Wittels Wachs. “I first met Jaime by chance at the Werk It conference and was completely drawn into her ability to listen, process and spit back advice. Listeners will feel as if they are getting advice from a trusted best friend,” shares Jessica Cordova Kramer, Lemonada’s CEO.
