Statement from Sound.Waves. and the All Ireland Podcast Awards
Sound.Waves and the All-Ireland Podcast Awards, due to take place in Adare next week, will now take place on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 January 2027 at The Woodlands Hotel in Adare.
We’ve made this decision because of the planned public sector strike, which affects a number of our speakers, partners and attendees.
Tickets: All tickets are valid for the new dates, and you don’t need to do anything. If you can’t attend, you can get a full refund by emailing info@soundwaves.ie
Awards: All shortlisted nominees remain in contention, and the final round of deliberations will proceed as planned with the original judging panel.
Accommodation: If you booked at the Woodlands or another hotel for next week, please contact it directly and they will assist.
We’re sorry for the disruption this causes, and we’re grateful to all our speakers, nominees, partners and attendees for their patience.
