SoundBridge Media launches to bridge the commercial gap for independent podcast production companies
Howard Bareham and David Cooper, who have held senior commercial roles at Mindshare, GroupM, Wireless Group, Spotify and Global, have launched SoundBridge Media, a specialist commercial representation business for independent podcast production companies.
Independent podcast production companies often face a limited choice when it comes to commercial representation. Many join larger sales houses, where the commercial focus tends to be on the biggest shows. This can leave them commercially underserved despite building highly engaged and valuable audiences.
Having recognised this gap in the market, Bareham and Cooper launched SoundBridge Media to provide dedicated commercial representation for independent producers. Combining media agency and sales expertise, SoundBridge takes a tailored, show-by-show approach, connecting brands and agencies with the right podcast partnerships.
