National Broadcaster and Executive Producer Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson Signs with Buchwald
National television broadcaster, executive producer and basketball insider Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson has officially signed with Buchwald for representation, marking an exciting new chapter in his accomplished and wide-ranging media career.
Robinson’s trajectory is a masterclass in media evolution. He has been a fixture in the industry since childhood, beginning his career in radio at just 12 years old. During that foundational era, he served as a pre-teen host for the-then New Jersey Nets’ kids radio show, Nets Slammin’ Planet. The program was a staple of AM sports radio in New York City, airing on 1660 AM AAHS World Radio and 620 AM One on One Sports, where Robinson interviewed icons of the game and developed the "Scoop B" brand long before the digital revolution.
Robinson is the creator and host of the widely popular Scoop B Radio podcast, which has featured an impressive roster of guests across sports, business and entertainment, including Shaquille O’Neal, Mark Cuban, Ric Flair, George Foreman, Ice Cube and DJ Khaled. Beyond broadcasting, he has held editorial roles at The Source Magazine, RESPECT Magazine, Billboard, VIBE and Basketball Society Online, further solidifying his voice across multiple media platforms.
With nearly thirty years of industry presence, Robinson has built a multifaceted career spanning television, digital and print journalism. He has appeared on major networks including CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX, Bally Sports Network, MSG Networks, ESPN Radio, SiriusXM & NBA TV, delivering the latest news across sports and entertainment. He has also expanded his reach into digital and pop culture spaces, including an appearance in the NBA 2K video game series and lending his voice to narration on the popular show “Unsung” on TV One.
In addition to extensive NBA coverage, Robinson has covered the WNBA since its inception in 1997, consistently advocating for greater visibility and storytelling around the league. He has been a vocal proponent of elevating the WNBA to the same level of recognition and respect as the NBA.
Through his partnership with Buchwald, Robinson looks forward to further growing his impressive and impactful body of work.
