iVoox revolutionizes its podcast monetization program

Leading Spanish-language audio platform iVoox, is working on new initiatives to complete its publishing, distribution and monetization ecosystem for podcasters.
Unlike other options, this ecosystem is supported by the largest community of listeners in Spanish, with more than 5 million unique users per month in its popular app. This allows the creator from a single point to grow the audience of his podcast and build a community around it, and lay the foundations to monetize it. This model allows a double monetization strategy, where you can generate incomes with the direct support of your listeners and also with the realization of advertising campaigns.
The direct support of the iVoox audience
Was pioneered more than 4 years ago in integrating a model of recurring economic support from the audience into a podcast app, in exchange for exclusive episodes and other rewards. At this time there are many podcasts that already successfully monetize using this model, and have gained enough support to live from their passion. “We are firmly convinced that for a creator to sustain his career with the financial support of his audience, he needs a minimum of 1,000 true fans, as Wired magazine founder Kevin Kelly points out, and we want podcasters to be able to get that number,” says the founder of the company Juan Ignacio Solera.

To this end, the company will offer a new advertising delivery model for the podcaster based on listens generated on both iVoox and other platforms, through the dynamic insertion of audio advertising in their episodes.
With this same objective, iVoox is also working on the evolution of iVoox for Brands, its advertising marketplace to which it will soon add new features and systems that will streamline the management of campaigns for the podcaster and the advertiser. In this sense, they will offer personalized creator landings, which will improve the reception of new advertising proposals.
iVoox Live, Live Podcasts
As a driver of growth and monetization in the podcast world, the platform works on the organization of live podcasts as part of its commercial representation that it offers to its network of creators; from the contracting of the room, the management of the event and its promotion, to the sale of tickets.
