Realm announces key leadership hires
Realm, an audio-first digital media company with a global podcast network featuring over 12M monthly downloads, today announced the addition of two key executives to its team. Carly Migliori joins as Production Partnerships Lead and Sarah Bentley steps into the role of Head of Network. These new additions join as Realm continues to expand its services across development, production, distribution, monetization, strategy, and marketing alongside the explosive growth of its podcast network and sales.
With over 15 years of media experience, Carly Migliori is an audio industry veteran who has worked across revenue maximization, production optimization, and award-winning branded content creation for almost a decade. During her time at Megaphone she launched the creative services studio and oversaw the production of audio ads across Megaphone’s T argeted Marketplace (now called Spotify Audience Network). Carly most recently served as VP , Partnerships at Pushkin Industries, where she was instrumental in growing the company’s business operations and starting its branded content arm, bringing in top-tier brands like Apple, IBM, and Lexus. She also collaborated with hosts such as Malcolm Gladwell and Michael Lewis on custom content creation. At Realm, she will focus on expanding the production services business and helping partners create far-reaching content across multiple formats. Realm’s new Head of Network, Sarah Bentley, brings over 25 years of experience in media, including a decade in the podcast space. She has a proven track record in content strategy, partner management, and team leadership from her tenure at SiriusXM, Pandora, and Panoply.
Sarah was an early employee at Panoply, where she built and led the Partner Management department, growing a portfolio of over 130 shows and establishing key industry partnerships. At Pandora, she played a pivotal role in the launch of “Podcasts on Pandora, ” leading content initiatives aimed at increasing audience engagement. Most recently at SiriusXM, Sarah was part of the Original Digital Content team, where she oversaw the development and launch of award-winning shows. At Realm, Sarah will oversee the network’s day-to-day operations, focusing on revenue optimization, content acquisitions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between creators and sales teams.
In addition to these leadership hires, Realm continues to expand its network and ad sales teams, including the recent hiring of Maddy Weinberg, who steps into the role of Network Coordinator after recent roles at Paradiso Media, Vox Media, NPR, and SiriusXM.
