Carlos King's Reality With The King Joins QCODE's Podcast Network

Premium content studio and podcast network QCODE today announced that reality TV commentary podcast Reality with the King, hosted by renowned executive producer and personality Carlos King, has joined QCODE’s podcast network.

Reality with the King goes behind the scenes of everyone’s favorite reality TV shows’ most iconic moments. The award-winning podcast rehashes shocking betrayals, hilarious interactions, and dramatic scenes from The Real Housewives franchise, Love & Marriage: Huntsville, D.C. and Detroit, Selling Sunset and more. Each week, famous friends, such as NeNe Leakes, Teresa Giudice, Meghan McCain, Ramona Singer and Malika Haqq, join King to talk all things reality TV. New episodes will drop weekly on Tuesdays on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and wherever podcasts are available.

Before evolving from producer to producer and on-air talent – in addition to creating and hosting the podcast, King also produced and hosted OWN’s first-ever late-night talk show, The Nightcap with Carlos King, in 2022 – he came up the reality ranks as a producer on breakout shows like The Real Housewives of New Jersey and VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Rising to showrunner and then executive producer on such hits as The Real Housewives of Atlanta, FOX’s The Four and OWN’s Season 25: Oprah Behind the Scenes, King founded his production company Kingdom Reign Entertainment (KRE) in 2012. In addition to OWN’s Love & Marriage franchise and WE tv’s Grown & Gospel, KRE is behind Lifetime’s My Killer Body with K. Michelle, OWN’s Belle Collective and Netflix’s Styling Hollywood. He also serves as executive producer on the HBO Original Feature Documentary The Stroll, which premiered at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival.

Through the deal, which was brokered by WME, King will continue producing Reality with the King, now in partnership with QCODE. With Reality with the King, QCODE continues its expansion into unscripted podcasts, following Brain Leak, Tooth and Claw, Crime Scene Queens, and Jillian on Love.
