Podrama Cast Network takes podcast to the big screen
On Friday 20th of September, Podrama Cast Network hosted the first-ever audio drama listening party in the Middle East. It was held at Zawya Cinema in downtown Cairo, Egypt.
The event featured the podcast network’s latest podcast, Radio Nights - Alsahra Alizayia and was described as a resounding success, with the venue packed to capacity. The company also held panel discussions with Egyptian drama writers and explored various topics related to the podcasting industry.
Podrama Cast Network is a dedicated Egyptian podcast network specializing in fictional and narrative audio content. The company has produced five podcasts to date, with “Radio Nights” being its most recent project. The overwhelmingly positive response to this event has inspired the company to continue organising similar initiatives.
