Podcast Heroes, Now on Trading Cards

Press Release · Richmond VA, USA ·

RESONATE 2025 celebrates the storytellers at the heart of podcasting. The festival focuses on narrative: the scripted, the investigative, the fictional. It shines a light on the producers, editors, and sound designers who weave suspense and emotion into every episode, and on the fans who amplify that work.

“The idea started as a joke, ” said Chioke I’Anson, Founder of the RESONATE Podcast Festival. “I said, maybe we should turn podcast people into superheroes. Certified Crucial said, actually, we’ve been thinking about this for a while. ”

Now it’s real. RESONATE Podcast Trading Cards give fans a tangible way to connect with creators. Each card features original artwork by local Virginia artists, including Geovanny Mejia. Pre-orders include a limited edition card featuring Chioke I’Anson. Think superheroes or baseball cards, but for podcasting.
