Platform Media Accelerates Momentum with Strategic Senior Additions

Press Release · London, United Kingdom · via Platform Media ·

Platform Media proudly announces three senior hires across People, Legal and Production including Alice Daziano, Hilde-Georgina Adetoba and Sharan Mudhur - to further strengthen processes and enhance company culture during a period of rapid expansion. The announcement comes on the back of a six-month streak of chart topping show launches with Graham Norton, Romesh Ranganathan, Wayne Rooney, Paul Scholes and more.

With a decade of experience in production, Alice Daziano has been appointed Head of Production where she will lead their production operations team, facilitating Platform to push creative boundaries, scale ambitious ideas, and collaborate with the team to continue delivering world-class content. She joins the team from Cowshed Collective, where she led production across large-scale campaigns and original content for global brands, broadcasters, and creators including Netflix, Channel 4.0, FootAsylum, Beta Squad and the Sidemen.

Alice previously played a pivotal role in managing all non-live content deliverables for both the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. Her broader portfolio includes work with leading platforms and brands such as Disney+, LADbible Group, Channel 4, Culture Trip, and The Olympic Channel, along with campaigns for GoPro, Talisker, Red Bull, and British Airways to name a few, spanning award-winning digital series, premium branded content and Fact-Ent broadcast productions.

Hilde-Georgina Adetoba steps into the newly created Head of Legal role, reflecting the company’s continued emphasis on streamlining operational excellence as they expand their slate and explore new opportunities within their existing slate.

Bringing extensive expertise in commercial contracts and intellectual property, with experience spanning both private practice and in-house across the media and entertainment sectors, she trained at leading city law firm Bristows LLP before moving in-house at major UK broadcaster, ITV within its media and entertainment division and most recently within the sports and events division at IMG.

Joining as Head of People, Sharan Mudhur brings a wealth of experience leading people and culture initiatives across globally recognised brands. Sharan joins from L’Oréal Groupe - UKI, where she led the digital and e-commerce population for the UKI population, driving strategic initiatives such as the organisational redesign within their Amazon,** Media, Advocacy & Influencer and CRM teams, and developing skills frameworks.

Her career spans leadership roles at Red Bull, Charlotte Tilbury, BMG Music Group, HelloFresh, and Fnatic, covering key areas such as employee engagement, career development, management capability, early careers, and talent acquisition. Having worked across the UK, North American, European and APAC markets, Sharan brings a global perspective and a people-first approach, committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

Commenting on the new hires, Josh Adley, CEO, shared:

“Having Alice, Hilde-Georgina, and Sharan join our extended senior leadership team marks an incredibly exciting moment - their leadership will play a vital role in shaping the next phase of our growth, one that’s as strategic and sustainable as it is creative and bold.”

The appointments of Alice Daziano, Hilde-Georgina Adetoba, and Sharan Mudhur further underscore Platform Media’s commitment to empowering exceptional female leaders, scaling responsibly, and building a culture of creativity and excellence as the company continues to expand its digital and TV portfolio.
