“There’s little funnier on live radio than when things go wrong, listeners absolutely love those moments,” says Penk.

In a weekly showcase Penk will dig out some of the best Radio Bloopers from radio stations across the World and from all types of radio (FM, AM, DAB, Satellite Radio, Community Radio, Hospital Radio and internet Radio)

Also, the weekly show will occasionally feature guests who will join Penky in the studio to tell stories of their very own Radio Nightmares that have happened during their illustrious career. Some of those moments may not even have accompanying audio, but the stories will be real and told by the broadcaster who actually experienced it.

"I’ve always loved those special unscripted moments on live radio, where somebody gets a fit of uncontrolled laughter and then can’t stop, or something goes slightly wrong, it makes brilliant radio.

“A few years back I presented a series of television shows for ITV in the UK featuring the best TV moments that have gone wrong, but nobody has ever done the radio equivalent on a large scale throwing it open to the entire radio industry, until now,” he said.

The weekly show Podcast will be a celebration and a joyful showcase of all those brilliant, compelling and entertaining moments listener’s love to hear.

"I’d like to hear from anyone in Radio who’s ever had a Radio blooper moment. I want to feature as many as I can.
