Different, Not Broken becomes You're Not Too Much as show anchors new Different, Not Broken Network

Press Release · via Podknows Podcasting ·

Different, Not Broken, the neurodivergence and mental health podcast hosted by Lauren Howard, has been renamed You’re Not Too Much, with the original name now becoming the Different, Not Broken Network — an umbrella for the show and planned further titles launching across the remainder of 2026.

The first episode under the new name is out today.

The show covers neurodivergence, mental health, burnout and, in Howard’s framing, being human. Its recurring listener-question segment, previously Small Talk, is now Ask L2 and continues to be co-hosted by Fractional CMO Alison Baldyga.

The podcast is managed and produced by UK podcasting agency Podknows Podcasting  who have helped grow the show to its 393k downloads since its launch last year. The show is also regularly featured in the top 200 US Mental Health chart.

The show sits alongside a membership to “What the Fractional”, a helpline offering adult neurodivergent would be business owners to finally find their place in the business world.

Lauren Howard, host, said: “The old name was doing a job it had outgrown. 'Different, not broken’ was always the argument I was making to other people. 'You’re not too much’ is the thing I actually needed somebody to say to me, and it’s what listeners write in about every single week. Nothing about the show changes. The name just finally matches what’s in it.”

Neal Veglio, producer, Podknows Podcasting, said: “Helping Lauren grow this podcast to the point where it can now headline its own network is an achievement I’m super proud of. And I can’t wait to see what she achieves in the next 18 months.”

You’re Not Too Much is produced by Podknows Podcasting.
