Northflow Exits Beta and Launches as Paid Platform for Creators and Podcast Agencies
After five months of real-world testing with podcast agencies, Northflow, the content planning and production platform built specifically for podcasters, is officially out of beta and launching as a paid product.
Since its beta release in January 2025, Northflow has become the central hub for podcast teams managing fast-moving, high-stakes production workflows. Designed for agencies and creators juggling multiple shows and clients, the platform now introduces paid plans starting at $19/month.
“Beta taught us exactly what podcast agencies need when it comes to scaling show production,” said Fran Melo, Co-Founder and CEO of Northflow. “Now, we’re doubling down on what works—and turning Northflow into a sustainable product that teams can count on for the long haul.”
Key Features Now Available
Northflow’s paid launch includes core features shaped directly by agency feedback:
- Unlimited Shows – Manage as many clients and episodes as you need, with organized workflows for every show. Current plans include up to 30 shows, custom plans can be created for networks or agencies requiring more than that.
- Roles & Permissions – Share visibility with clients while maintaining control over team workflows.
- Built-in Client Collaboration – Reduce back-and-forth with structured, trackable feedback.
- Episode Templates & Guest Management – Streamline recurring formats and centralize guest tracking, bios, and assets.
- Calendars & Forms – Centralize guest booking process with integrated calendars and intake forms.
“From day one, we prioritized performance and reliability because agencies don’t have time for downtime,” said Netto Lima, Co-Founder and CTO. “Now that we’re out of beta, users will feel that stability every time they log in.”
“Our goal was never just to build ‘another tool,’” added Taly Melo, Co-Founder and CXO. “We’re creating a platform that helps agencies run their business—not just track tasks.”
Built with Agencies, Not Just for Them
Northflow’s roadmap is a direct response to the real pain points of podcast teams. The product is shaped through ongoing user interviews, hands-on onboarding, and a deep feedback loop with early adopters.
“We’ve seen what happens when teams switch to Northflow,” said Simona Costantini, Co-Founder and CMO. “Production speeds up. Team and client communication improves. And clients stay happier—because there’s finally one place where everything lives.”
What’s Next: AI and Discoverability
With foundational production features in place, Northflow is now focused on building the next layer: AI and discoverability tools that give podcast teams more leverage.
Upcoming features include:
- AI-Powered Workflow Suggestions – Automate planning, tasking, and asset creation.
- Content Intelligence Dashboards – Reveal trends, bottlenecks, and insights across shows.
- Built-in Discoverability Tools – Help teams grow their shows and reach the right audiences faster.
- CRM and Client Dashboard – Manage your contacts and guests for future collaborations, right inside Northflow.
The company is also investing in community content—like the Behind the Workflow podcast—and launching a private Discord space for users.
“Northflow.io is definitely changing the game with podcast production planning and has already made a big difference in how I produce not only my clients’ shows, but my own show too!” said Northflow user Pamela Krista, podcast coach, manager, and host of The Moms Who Podcast show. “I love how everything…from episode planning, to client collaboration can live in one place. It’s such a refreshing alternative to juggling Airtable, Trello, Google spreadsheets, and more. Whether you’re a podcast manager or producing your own show, Northflow.io just makes things simpler.”
