Northflow Launches Flux, Its Rebuilt V2, Giving Content Teams a Crew of Specialized AI Agents
Northflow today launched Northflow Flux, the fully rebuilt second version of its content operations platform, bringing a crew of specialized AI agents into the workspace where content teams already run production.
The agents support guest recruiting, guest and client intake, transcription, podcast production, and the creation of first drafts for blog posts and newsletters. Approvals, strategy, and creative decisions remain with the team.
Flux is not a separate product, feature, or add-on. Flux is Northflow V2, available today at northflow.io.
Rebuilt with the people already using it
Northflow first launched in August 2025 as a production management platform for podcasters, creators, and content teams. Over the following year, the company gathered feedback through onboarding sessions, support requests, product demonstrations, and direct observation of how production teams worked.
Users showed the Northflow team where information became scattered, where production stalled, and which responsibilities required the most follow-up.
Our users also played an important role in the rebuild. Through onboarding sessions, support requests, product demonstrations, and direct feedback, they showed the Northflow team where information became scattered, where production stalled, and which responsibilities required the most follow-up. Their experience using Northflow helped the team challenge its assumptions and remain focused on the operational problems content teams face every day.
That feedback led Northflow to rebuild the platform from the foundation up.
“When we launched Northflow last year, we knew the only way to build something truly useful was to build it alongside the people doing this work every day,” said Fran Melo, Co-Founder and CEO of Northflow. “Our users showed us that they didn’t need another place to track work. They needed more capacity to move it forward. Flux is the Northflow we rebuilt around what they taught us.”
More hands, not more tools
Project management software helps teams document, assign, and track work. Northflow is built to help teams run their content operation and carry part of the production workload.
The platform provides a shared environment for running content operations through Spaces, projects, tasks, calendars, forms, assets, guest workflows, collaborators, templates, and the Northflow Command Center.
Specialized agents work inside that same environment, using the production context connected to the work. They can help collect information, follow up, organize production, and prepare first drafts while the team remains responsible for approvals and creative decisions.
“Flux is not an AI feature added to the original platform. It is a complete rebuild,” said Euclides Netto, Co-Founder and CTO of Northflow. “We rebuilt the foundation so projects, production context, team activity, and specialized agents could work together inside the same system. That gives us a stronger platform to keep improving as our users’ needs evolve.”
Meet the crew
Northflow Flux introduces a growing crew of specialized AI agents designed around specific responsibilities within content production.
The initial crew includes:
- Guest Recruiter
- AI Intake
- Podcast Agent
- Transcriber
- Blog Writer
- Newsletter Writer
Northflow’s Guest Recruiter works from a contact list selected by the user. It can prepare personalized outreach, follow up, and help move conversations toward a booking.
AI Intake can request and collect the information, files, approvals, and other materials needed from guests or clients.
As content moves through production, the Transcriber can turn audio or video into transcripts. The Blog Writer and Newsletter Writer can use those transcripts and other relevant production materials to prepare first drafts for the team to review.
Additional capabilities for project management, clip creation, and publishing are currently in development.
“We’re creators too, and we never wanted AI to replace the people who make content worth watching, reading, or listening to,” said Taly Melo, Co-Founder and COO of Northflow. “There is a tremendous amount of work surrounding the creative work. Following up, collecting a missing file, organizing production, preparing a first draft. That is where Northflow carries the load. The human still gets to be the human.”
Built for teams and independent creators
Northflow Flux is designed for content teams, creative and production agencies, podcast networks, and independent creators.
Solo creators and small teams gain additional production capacity without having to assemble and manage a stack of disconnected products.
Agencies, networks, and larger teams can keep projects, clients, assets, conversations, schedules, and approvals connected across separate Spaces.
In both cases, the goal is the same: help people spend less time chasing work and more time making decisions that require human judgment.
About Northflow
Northflow is the agentic content operations platform for creators and content teams.
The platform brings planning, projects, tasks, calendars, guest management, forms, assets, scheduling, collaboration, and AI-assisted production into one connected workspace.
Northflow was created by content professionals and product builders who experienced firsthand how quickly production can become scattered across spreadsheets, project management tools, email, calendars, file storage, and disconnected AI applications.
First launched in August 2025, Northflow was rebuilt alongside its users and advisors. Northflow Flux is the company’s V2 platform and represents the next stage of its mission to give content teams more operational capacity while keeping people in control.
