Nigerian Podcast Index Coming Soon: The Definitive Record of Nigerian Podcasts

Press Release · Lagos, Nigeria ·

The Nigerian Podcast Index (NPI), Nigeria’s first comprehensive public directory of podcasts, is set to launch. The NPI will provide a reliable, independent record of Nigerian podcasts, making them easier to discover, reference, and celebrate.

Unlike ranking or promotional lists, the Index is a neutral repository. Podcasts eligible for inclusion must be Nigerian-owned or Nigeria-based, have a valid RSS feed, and be active or properly archived.

“The Nigerian Podcast Index is about visibility and discovery for every Nigerian podcaster,” said Tony Doe, founder of the NPI. “Podcasting in Nigeria is growing rapidly, but discoverability remains a major challenge. The Index solves that by giving creators a space on the national podcast map.”

Podcasters interested in being listed can submit their shows now via https://bit.ly/SubmitYourPodcastNG, ahead of the site’s official launch.

The Index will be publicly accessible and maintained to ensure accuracy and relevance.
