Paul C Brunson’s podcast, We Need To Talk (WNTT), has just crossed half-a-million subscribers on YouTube mark. By leveraging the invaluable lessons learned while growing The Diary Of A CEO to its first 500K over 1,276 days, the team was able to rapidly replicate and accelerate that success, bringing WNTT to the same milestone in just a fraction of the time.

The secret to this rapid scale?
