Press Release · Dubai, United Arab Emirates ·

As global podcast listenership and advertiser investment continue to accelerate, Next Broadcast Media, leading global audio advertising company, has announced the expansion of its international commercial team, reinforcing the company’s position as a connector between markets, audiences, and brands across the world.

The appointments, spanning North America, Europe, and MENA, reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to building a truly global digital audio network.

“Podcast advertising has become a worldwide movement,” said Lemya Soltani, Co-Founder of Next Broadcast Media. “We’re seeing strong growth not only in established markets like the U.S., but also across MENA, Africa, and Latin America, regions where podcasts are shaping culture and community. Our growth mirrors that global energy.”

Joining the company, James Flint will lead commercial efforts across the Americas and select European markets. His experience with international brands will also help advance Next Broadcast Media’s ‘Communities’ product, a first-of-its-kind solution enabling advertisers to reach diaspora audiences through culturally relevant podcasts and digital audio content.

Lara Fayad, a seasoned media professional, will be based in Morocco and joins as Business Development Consultant, driving new connections, expanding Next Broadcast Media’s network of shows and strategic partners. Her work will drive new commercial opportunities and strengthen relationships across key global markets.

In Egypt, Basim Dawood has been appointed Country Lead, spearheading local growth in one of the region’s most dynamic podcast economies and strengthening the company’s presence across MENA, as advertiser interest in Arabic and bilingual content continues to rise.

“Our model has always been about building bridges; between creators and advertisers, and between global brands and local audiences. Expanding our team in these regions allows us to deliver on that mission with even more cultural understanding and commercial agility.” adds Lemya.
