Global Podcasters Unite for 17th Annual NaPodPoMo Challenge

National Podcast Post Month (NaPodPoMo), the global challenge that invites podcasters to create 30 episodes in 30 days, returns for its 17th year this November. Founded in 2007 by Jennifer Navarrete, this global event has become a cornerstone of the podcasting community, fostering creativity, consistency, and connection among audio creators around the world.

Blubrry, a leading podcast hosting and statistics provider and Creative Work Hour, an online community-based creative work space have renewed their sponsorship and support for the 2024 challenge,

This year’s challenge features:

  • NaPodPoMo MEGA Feed: A unique RSS feed combining all participants’ episodes, creating a diverse listening experience and increasing exposure for creators.
  • Expert Interview Series: Participants will gain insights from industry professionals through exclusive interviews with Todd Cochrane, Stephanie Fuccio, Sam Sethi, and more. These interviews will be released as part of the official NaPodPoMo podcast.
  • Official Merchandise: Responding to community requests, NaPodPoMo launches its first line of branded apparel and accessories.
  • NaPodPoMo 101 Workshop: In partnership with Creative Work Hour, the first official NaPodPoMo Community, a comprehensive workshop will prepare participants for the challenge. This interactive event will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, 12:00-3:00pm ET.
  • NaPodPoMo Celebration Event: On Saturday, December 7, 2024 a virtual celebration event will be held for participating podcasters to tell the stories of what they learned and how they survived and thrived during the challenge. Attendees are eligible for giveaways. 12:00-1:00pm ET

NaPodPoMo welcomes podcasters of all experience levels and genres. The challenge is designed to be flexible, allowing participants to create content that fits their style and schedule.

Creative Work Hour’s Daily (9:00 - 10:00am ET) NaPodPoMo Support sessions are available to all participants throughout the challenge.
