Mind Body Spirit launches new collection - How To Survive In Crazy Times

MindBodySpirit.fm today announced a new featured collection of podcast episodes helping listeners with “How To Survive In Crazy Times”. MindBodySpirit.fm is a podcast network of 70 shows exclusively in the Mind + Body + Spirit genres. Each of the episodes can be found on this page on the MindBodySpirit.fm website.

Many of the network podcasters have published special episodes offering tools, and interviews with guests to help listeners handle anxiety and fear of the unknown and to maintain stability during challenging times.

“Navigating through periods of uncertainty, turmoil or rapid change can be hard on our health and emotions. These shows from our podcasters can help us maintain stability in our daily lives,” said Tina Williamson, co-founder of MindBodySpirit.fm. Included in this collection is a 12-part series of interviews by author, speaker and spiritual counselor Philip Goldberg called “Spiritual Practice for Crazy Times”. Goldberg interviewed spiritual leaders including Matthew Fox, Rabbi Rami Shapiro, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Sharon Salzburg, Adam Bucko, James Finley, Andrew Harvey, and Mirabai Starr, who discuss ways to recharge and take on challenges. Other podcaster’s episodes include “A Balm for Political Anxiety” and “The Art of Self Care When the World Is Hurting”. Many episodes include meditations.
