Bobbie partners with Dear Media on Milk Drunk season 2

Press Release · Austin, TX, USA ·

Dear Media, the multi-platform media company with a mission to amplify women’s voices and narratives, announced today a partnership with Bobbie, the mission-driven organic pediatric nutrition company that exists to build a parenting culture of confidence, not comparison. Together, they will be bringing back the hit parenting podcast, Milk Drunk, as an always-on show. The winner of a Shorty Award and two Signal Awards in 2023, season two of the podcast is set to launch today, July 23, 2024, with host Tabria Majors joined by Olympic figure skater and actress Tara Lipinski for an honest conversation on motherhood, infertility, and paying it forward. Created in 2023 by Bobbie and Full Picture Productions, Milk Drunk was born out of a desire to create a culture where parents feel confident and supported, instead of judged. During season two, anecdotes and advice will come from the likes of Esther Povitsky, Tara Lipinski, Iskra Lawrence, Dr. Sara Reardon, Cameron Rogers, and Dr. Mona, with additional names to be announced.

In addition to production and distribution, Dear Media will be working with Bobbie across marketing, 360 partnership opportunities, and IRL activations, leveraging Dear Media’s robust platform, and aligning with its impressive track record of successfully scaling branded podcasts. In partnership with Dear Media, Milk Drunk will publish new episodes across audio and video platforms, including Apple, Spotify, YouTube and TikTok, and will feature a wide-ranging roster of real parents and experts speaking straight-up about modern parenthood.

“We are thrilled to partner with Bobbie and bring Milk Drunk into the Dear Media ecosystem, extending the show’s reach beyond audio,” said Paige Port, President of Dear Media. “At Dear Media, we align with partners whose values resonate with ours. As a mother of two young children, I deeply appreciate Bobbie’s efforts to inspire a new generation of parents, providing genuine information delivered with compassion and sincerity.”

“Since we launched Bobbie our commitment as a brand has always been about more than selling a best in class organic formula. We are here to change parenting culture for the better, to uplift positive voices from our community and beyond, and to help moms, dads and caregivers feel unequivocally supported in what has become an unnecessarily divisive space– becoming a parent,” said Kim Chappell, Bobbie’s Chief Brand Officer. “Together, with Dear Media, we are proud to literally hand the mic to Tabria, a new mom who combo fed with Bobbie and never holds back on her own personal experience with humility and honesty, to lead thoughtful, honest, and sometimes tearjerker conversations on behalf of the brand,” she added.

Dear Media will be producing season two in connection with Full Picture Productions, a production company and creative laboratory known for crafting immersive narratives that reveal the remarkable journeys of experts, visionaries, and change makers. Milk Drunk’s star-powered roster of past guests from Season 1 included Lizzy Caplan, Laura Dern, Meghan Trainor, Tan France, and Ashley Graham, among many others.

Other shows to have recently joined the Dear Media podcast network include Ashley Hesseltine and Rayna Greenberg’s fan-favorite comedy podcast Girls Gotta Eat, Tay & Taylor Lautner’s hit mental wellness podcast The Squeeze, and Stassi Schroeder Clark’s weekly lifestyle podcast Stassi. Since launching in 2018, Dear Media has rapidly grown to encompass 80+ shows including Pretty Basic with Alisha Marie and Remi Cruz, Not Skinny But Not Fat with Amanda Hirsch, The Toast with Jackie & Claudia Oshry, and SheMD with Dr Thaïs Aliabadi and Mary Alice Haney.
