Ad Results Media, a leading audio and podcast advertising agency, announced a new addition to their board of directors, Mainardo de Nardis. Mr. de Nardis, the former CEO of OMD Worldwide and Aegis Media, will bring innovative thinking and global connections to his position on the board.

Before joining the Ad Results Media board, Mr. de Nardis previously served as the CEO of Aegis Media and OMD Worldwide and was the Executive Vice-Chairman of Omnicom Media Group. He currently sits on the boards of several companies, including Edelman, inVRsion and AdPredictive. Mr. de Nardis has experience as an entrepreneur, investor and adviser in MarTech, AdTech and BrandTech, in the US, UK and Italy, and has recently made a few investments in new-generation businesses in travel, health and wine & spirits.
