Dermot Whelan launches season 2 of The Mind Full Podcast

Multi award-winning Irish broadcaster, best-selling author and comedian Dermot Whelan has just launched Season Two of his hit podcast, The Mind Full Podcast, on the Acast Creator Network. Season 1 featured a fantastic lineup, including Oscar, BAFTA & Golden Globe winner Cillian Murphy, record-breaking American comedian Dane Cook, broadcaster Angela Scanlon, Ryan Hennessy (Picture This), America’s leading meditation expert Davidji and much more. The new season promises even more exciting guests and insightful conversations, featuring Mary Bonnet from the hit Netflix show Selling Sunset, former Miss World Rosanna Davison, world-renowned drummer Glen Powell from The Script, and award winning author and podcaster Blindboy, to name just a few.

Each episode, Dermot introduces a title topic, which is then explored with a well-known face appearing in the feature interview, bringing their own experience in that area. Expert guests can also feature with a shorter interview to give the ‘science-y bits’ for a more technical introduction to the topic. Dermot weaves in his own humour and experience, and offers helpful advice and techniques from his wellness background, such as the ‘One-Minute Meditation’ . As a certified meditation teacher, Dermot also presents his expertise through weekly guided meditations and answering callers’ questions.
