PAVE Studios Names Jennifer Passovoy Head of Unscripted Video
PAVE Studios, a media company specializing in creator led, company owned IP across video, audio, live experiences, and more, today announced that Jennifer Passovoy will join the company effective August 31, 2026. Reporting directly to PAVE Studios Founder and Chief Executive Max Cutler, Passovoy will be Head of Unscripted Video and Senior Producer.
In this role, Passovoy will run a new vertical focused on unscripted streaming series and celebrity-focused content. She brings her renowned experience as a 5x Emmy-winning producer and show lead with a decades long history of shaping premium, talent-driven storytelling across television and digital media. At Paramount, she guided season-long creative across flagship unscripted franchises including RuPaul’s Drag Race and Ink Master. From casting and story development all the way through to post production, Passovoy helped drive Drag Race’s highest-rated premiere in six years.
