iVoox launches Smart Lists to customize even more the user experience

- The user can create custom Smart Lists based on his/her own criteria.
- Smart Lists are updated every time there are new episodes that fit the criteria, thus facilitating discovery.
- Smart Lists can be created taking into account all the iVoox audios or only shows the user has subscribed.
- From today, they are available in Android and iOS apps.
Barcelona, December 19th, 2019 - The podcast and radio application iVoox launches the Smart Lists, a new tool to allow users to create automatic lists based on their preferences. The user can create a list after filtering for a keyword, language, subcategory and / or length. In addition, the user can choose the smart list to include episodes from all iVoox, or just by shows she/he is subscribed.
This feature saves time in episode discovery, since the list is automatically updated every time there are new episodes that fit the criteria defined. The user can start listening with only one click.
Among others, smart lists have a great added value when:

Smart list to group show sections. Among which, “Martha Debayle en W”, the Martha Debayle program section; “New Music Friday” by All Songs Considered Pdocast (NPR) , or “The Latest” of The Daily (New York Times).

Smart list to find and group content from all iVoox. As an example, to learn Italian it is possible to set up a list with all audios about “Passato prossimo” or “Preposizioni”.

Smart list with a specific topic of any of iVoox show. Filtering for “Back in Black” from “Rock and Metal” AC / DC fans will enjoy the audios published on the iconic album of the legendary Australian band. Likewise, soccer fans will be able to find wide content, for example by adding search terms such as “Jürgen Klopp” or “Maradona” and selecting “Soccer” as a subcategory.

Topic-based Smart list with episodes published by the shows you are subscribed. For instance, to make a list only with episodes of the history shows among your subscriptions, or to group the episodes of the weekly reviews of The Walking Dead by choosing the podcasts and / or adding a term.

Also taking into account the language, for example, a Smart List with neurology audios with the English language filter.
In August, iVoox launched the daily updated lists, with the aim to facilitate the discovery of the newest and most outstanding episodes on the platform.
By launching the smart lists, iVoox goes one step ahead and reinforces the company’s commitment to improve user experience, adding a greater content customization tool.
