On joining ARN’s iHeartPodcast Network Australia, Dr Amantha Imber said, “I am beyond excited to be moving the How I Work podcast to ARN. This month How I Work has a slate of new episodes themed around ‘Wellbeing At Work’, released each Thursday. Dr Imber will be joined by guests including:

  • Josh Piterman: star of Phantom of the Opera. Josh will share the strategies he has used for keeping mentally healthy while surviving the postponement of theatre during the pandemic. Melbourne’s GOLD 104.3 #1 Breakfast show host Christian O’Connell who will talk about how he managed his panic attacks and how he keeps calm through breathing techniques.
  • Liane Moriarty bestselling author of Big Little Lies, Nine Perfect Strangers will reveal how she has overcome negative self-talk - and despite her global success still experiences the feeling of being an imposter.
  • Radek Sali former CEO of Swisse Wellness will focus on how he brought a huge focus on mental health to Swisse during his time there and his approach to managing his own wellbeing.

In addition to the weekly episodes, every Tuesday How I Work releases a six-minute episode with additional practical work and wellbeing tips for listeners.
