Quiz podcast Guestimators makes move to video for Season Three

Guestimators, the quiz and podcast presented by Andy Bush – the voice of Hometime for 2.2m weekly listeners on Absolute Radio - has made the move to video for Season Three.

Guestimators, which records weekly at Spotify Studios in London, is now publishing every quiz episode on Spotify and YouTube – with the most recent, featuring comedian and podcaster Vittorio Angelone, released on February 6.

Season Three guests have also included comedians Rob Auton, Rachel Fairburn and Emma Doran. Produced by Lock It In Studio and distributed by Keep It Light Media, Guestimators sees a sample of the British public answer a range of irreverent questions with no definitive answer.

Each Monday quizzers are challenged to identify the most common answers given in response to said questions. The Thursday podcast then sees Bush challenge a celebrity guest to the same quiz, before the answers and weekly leaderboard are revealed.

Guestimators’ production company Lock It In was founded by the trio behind Guestimators: Bush, Will Nichols (former VP, Content Development at Universal Music) and Matt Cutler, the sports journalist behind documentary The Pirates vs The Premier League and women’s football podcast Expected Goals.

Other productions in Lock It In’s portfolio include Scarred For Life, the TV and film podcast where celebrities confess three terrifying items or events from their childhood; Away Days, the football podcast led by indie rock drummers Chris “Woody” Wood (Bastille) and Piers Hewitt (The Boxer Rebellion) and DEADPOD, a comedy podcast that looks to break taboos around death.
