Comedy podcast Glue Factory joins Lock It In network

Press Release · London, UK · via Lock It In ·

Glue Factory, the podcast created by comedians Milo Edwards, Olga Koch, Pierre Novellie and Riley Quinn, has joined the network of Lock It In, the podcast production company founded by Absolute Radio’s Andy Bush.

The move will see Lock It In drive audience and commercial growth strategies for Glue Factory – including promotion across Lock It In’s podcast portfolio – and will see the podcast move to the Adelicious hosting platform. Glue Factory will continue to run its membership programme on Patreon.

Glue Factory was nominated for Best Podcast at the 2025 Chortle Awards, and sees the regular hosts joined by celebrity guests to discuss eclectic topics and share absurd stories from their “addled minds” . A new season of the podcast launches today featuring Sam Lake, with upcoming guests including Ian Stone, Hannah Crosbie, Jake Bhardwaj, Miranda Sawyer and Oobah Butler.

Lock It In was founded by Bush, the voice of Hometime for more than 2m weekly listeners; Will Nichols (former VP, Content Development at Universal Music); and Matt Cutler, best known for breakthrough documentary The Pirates vs The Premier League and women’s football podcast Expected Goals.

Lock It In creates and helps grow podcasts that are inspired by the nuances of British culture, and works with platforms, talent and brands on everything from concepts and content strategy through to production, monetisation and promotion.

Milo Edwards said: “With Glue Factory we set out to make a podcast with no gimmicks or convoluted premise – just funny people trying to be as funny as possible. We’re really proud of what we’ve been able to achieve so far and we’re excited for the Lock It In team to help us take it to the next level. Hopefully this means even more people will get to hear our theories about Elvis, appropriate portion sizes and Saddam Hussein’s hiding hole.”

Andy Bush added: “Glue Factory is a gem of a podcast; sharp, hilarious, and wonderfully weird, with a large and hugely loyal audience to boot. We’re excited to bring the team into the Lock It In family and help them take it to the next level.”

Glue Factory will sit in Lock It In’s podcast portfolio alongside interactive quiz Guestimators; Scarred For Life, the TV and film podcast where celebrities confess terrifying events from their childhood; Away Days, the football podcast led by indie rock drummers Chris “Woody” Wood (Bastille) and Piers Hewitt (The Boxer Rebellion); and DEADPOD, a comedy/history crossover that breaks taboos around death.

About Lock It In

Lock It In Studio is a home for fun, format-first storytelling.

We craft original comedy and entertainment podcasts shaped by the quirks and charms of British culture, from nostalgic deep-dives to celebrity-led quiz chaos. While audio is our starting point, we think far beyond it, building shows that live on in live events, merch, and screens big and small.

We’re producers, creators, and fans who didn’t come from traditional podcasting, and that’s our strength. With backgrounds in digital content, PR, and radio, we bring fresh energy, great taste, and a knack for working with brilliant people on projects that make audiences smile. Our shows like Guestimators, Scarred For Life, and Away Days prove that community, humour, and originality are what keep people listening and sharing.
