Fortnum & Mason has proudly celebrated and championed extraordinary food and exceptional experiences for over 313 year. This dedication and passion for intelligent conversation and culinary expertise has culminated in the creation of a brand-new podcast, Fortnum’s Hungry Minds.

Fortnum’s Hungry Minds podcast is dedicated to exploring extraordinary stories, alongside a network of experts, influential tastemakers and new talent who shape the way that we eat, drink and live.

Throughout the series, Tom is joined by chefs, farmers, suppliers, pioneers, artisans, experts and foodies alike to explore, challenge and relish in one un-negotiable characteristic with Fortnum’s: an insatiable love of all thing’s food.

Topics explored throughout the series, include the power of food, sustainability in food, senses within food and how to fuel the next generation of food lovers.

The first episode, which premiered this week, features British farmer and Activist Patrick Holden, CBE discussing the ever important conversation around the sustainability in food.
