Dear Media promotes Paige Port and Jocelyn Falk

Premier podcast network and IP incubator Dear Media is announcing two exciting promotions. Paige Port (left), previously VP of Talent and Business Development has been named the company’s first President and Jocelyn Falk (right), previously Senior Director of Originals has been promoted to VP of Originals and Development.
In her new role, Paige will oversee day to day operations for all divisions, including Talent, Originals, Production and Marketing; she will continue to manage the internal and external operations for the business including spearheading all talent signs, greenlighting Originals programming, as well as negotiations for all areas of the business. For the past 5 years, Paige has been an instrumental role in building the highly sought-after talent roster, with signs including Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti, Kamie Crawford, Gabby Bernstein and Stuart Weitzman, and identifying derivative opportunities for all Dear Media podcasts.
Newly appointed to the executive team, Jocelyn will oversee all Original podcasts for Dear Media including limited series, scripted fiction, always on programming and new formats; she’ll work on adapting Dear Media’s library of podcast IP into TV, film and other derivative opportunities.
