Over 500 podcasts were submitted for consideration in 2021. Winners included Dwarven Moss (Sonar), Disability After Dark (Ind), Someone Knows Something (CBC), and Parkdale Haunt (Frequency).

“Winning this award last year provided me with such a sense of community, support and pride in the craft of audio and all of us who are passionate about storytelling.” said Josiah Sinanan of anticulture, winner of Best Society & Culture Series, 2021. “It’s an amazing accomplishment and it makes you feel like you are a part of the history of Canada’s podcasts.”
