Becoming Financially Confident - a Daily Live Personal Finance Show from Ralph Estep Jr.
Ralph Estep Jr., a Licensed Public Accountant (LPA) with more than 30 years of experience in finance, taxation, and small-business leadership, will launch Becoming Financially Confident on August 31, 2026, a daily LIVE personal finance show airing every weekday.
The new show is an evolution of Financially Confident Christian, broadening its reach beyond a faith-specific audience to everyday people of all backgrounds looking for real, practical steps toward financial freedom. The rebrand carries the show’s existing RSS feed, keeping a catalogue of more than 1,200 episodes across eight seasons intact for subscribers.
In a category where most financial guidance comes from unlicensed commentators, Estep is a practicing licensed professional. He continues to run an accounting practice, and the guidance on the show comes from a professional license, formal education, and three decades of client work.
Estep will be joined by new co-host Juliet Chuang for the daily format. Chuang is a former product manager in tech who is now building a career around curiosity and conversation, creating space for more honest discussion about the things that shape our lives, financial confidence among them. She is also developing a media and cultural brand exploring Chinese culture through language, travel, and everyday life.
Rather than a monologue, Estep’s goal for the pairing is a genuine, back-and-forth human conversation that makes the show’s financial guidance feel approachable and real. “I want to be the person who puts an arm around someone and says, 'it’s going to be okay,' and then actually hands them the tools to make it true,” said Estep. “Listeners will leave the show feeling not just informed, but equipped to move forward. That’s the whole point.”
Estep is the founder of Saggio Accounting+PLUS and leads a media network that reaches more than 874,000 YouTube subscribers. He also hosts The Content Creator’s Accountant, a show on financial clarity and tax strategy for creators. He has built a reputation helping entrepreneurs and everyday families move from money confusion to clarity and confidence, without shame, without hype, and without complicated jargon.
A graduate of the University of Delaware and Wilmington University (MBA), Estep has held leadership roles in public accounting, financial institutions, law firms, and technology organizations. He lives in Delaware with his wife and family on a working farm that raises Black Angus cattle.
