This 10-episode series of interviews with experts spanning science to soul explores how and why women who put themselves first have the power to lead healthier lives.

Hirsh Bordo conducted more than 50 hours of interviews while researching her forthcoming book, Autoimmunity and The Good Girls: How Permission to Put Ourselves First Has the Power to Keep Us Well (June, 2, 2026 | HarperOne), which focuses on the missing modality in female wellness: sovereign self-permission to speak up, transform, and heal. BEHIND THE PAGE takes listeners behind the scenes, sharing highlights from the conversations she had with authorities in various fields such as medicine, psychology, and trauma recovery.
