Triton Digital Releases its November 2025 Australian Podcast Ranker

Triton Digital, the global technology and services provider to the digital audio, podcast, and broadcast radio industries, announced today the release of the November 2025 Australian Podcast Ranker, providing insights from November 1 – November 30, 2025, as measured by Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service.

The Top Podcast Ranker and Top 300 Australian-Made Ranker are ranked by monthly listeners, in accordance with IAB Podcast Technical Measurement Guidelines. 

Within the Top International Podcast Ranker for November, “Hamish & Andy” (LiSTNR (SCA)) ranked at #1 for another consecutive month, with “Mamamia Out Loud” (Mamamia) rising to the #2 spot, and “ABC News Top Stories” (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) falling to #3.

The Top 300 Australian-made Ranker followed the same lineup, with “Hamish & Andy” (LiSTNR (SCA)) at #1, “Mamamia Out Loud” (Mamamia) surging to #2, and “ABC News Top Stories” (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) falling to #3.

Triton’s Demos+ tool, leveraging opt-in, download-based behavior data, found that the top categories for listeners in November were once again News at #1 and Society & Culture at #2. However, this month Comedy took the #3 slot, bumping Sports out of the top three.

International-only debuts for November included “This Is Why We Fight” (Mamamia), “The Book Show” (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), “BBC Newscast”(BBC), and more.

November debuts of Australian-made shows included “Gardening Buds” (Australian Broadcasting Corporation), “In The Good Books with Luke Bateman” (Nine Audio), “Settlement Guide” (Special Broadcasting Service), “Stav, Abby & Matt - B105 Brisbane” (LiSTNR (SCA)),  and more.

Shows that debuted across both international and Australian-made included “Your News Now” (ARN/iHeart), “Sick to Death” (News Corp Australia), “Badge of Betrayal” (Podshape), “Let’s Be Real” (NOVA Entertainment), and more.

Participating publishers in the Australian Ranker include Adore Beauty, All Ears English, Audioboom, Australian Broadcasting Corporation, ARN/iHeart, BBC Studios, Bravecasting, Clubby Sports, DM Podcasts, Equity Mates Media, HODD Media, Johns Media, LiSTNR (SCA), Mamamia, Motorsport Podcast Network, New York Times, News Corp Australia, New Zealand Media and Entertainment (NZME), Nine, NOVA Entertainment, Podshape, Schwartz Media, Shameless Media, Special Broadcasting Service, Sports Entertainment Network (SEN), Sport Social Podcast Network, Squiz Media, The Australia Institute, The Bye Round, The Guardian, We Don’t Have Time For This, West Australian Newspapers, and Wondery.
