Sydney NSW, Australia—The best of the Audiocraft Podcast Festival 2019 is coming to your podcast app from Wednesday August 7 with a brand new season full of audio wisdom.
Want to know how to take your audio making to the next level? Looking for the inspiration to turn that great story you’re sitting on into a podcast series?
Hosted by Audiocraft’s Jess O’Callaghan, the Audiocraft Podcast features produced sessions from the Festival, including practical sessions on interviewing, sound design, starting out and crafting narrative.
The podcast will also showcase work from Spotify’s Sound Up Bootcamp for First Nations podcasters, and feature a live recording of Hey Aunty! podcast.
The first episode is called IN A WORLD and brings together creatives working in fiction and non-fiction podcasts to talk about world-building and exploring landscapes through sound. Bec Fary (Triple R) moderates this creative conversation between Joseph Michael (Voice of the Iceberg, RNZ), Becky Sui Zhen (Art Processors / Sui Zhen) and Chris Magilton (Among the Stars and Bones).
