ART19 expands tools for podcast monetization with VAST, enhanced attribution tracking

ART19 on September 15, 2020, announced expanded ad serving functionality, empowering its publishers to address increasing ad demand in podcasting. ART19’s VAST support, coupled with its other industry-leading listener targeting and attribution capabilities, make advertising on a podcast as easy, accessible, and effective as other forms of digital advertising.

In August 2020, over 90% of active series hosted by ART19 recorded international listeners, but most podcast publishers lack international sales forces. Over the past year, ART19’s own Targeted Ad Sales team leveraged VAST to meet international demand through partnerships with multiple third-party vendors sourcing local ads around the globe. Now publishers can harness ART19 to effortlessly fill their international inventory.

Recognizing this ever-increasing global audience, ART19 has already integrated with over a dozen third-party demand sources around the world. VAST integrations are highly sought-after among publishers and have proven to be an enormous asset to ART19’s domestic and international customers.

In addition to VAST support, ART19 has expanded its third-party tracking features and broadened the ways that data can be passed to third-parties. This ensures compatibility with any attribution or audience measurement provider working in podcasting or the greater digital advertising space, making ART19’s service the most flexible tracking system available. ART19 currently supports fourteen third-party measurement vendors, including Chartable, Claritas, Google Ad Manager, Kantar, Lucid, Nielsen DAR, Podsights, Podtrac, and Sizemek. More vendors are being added regularly.
