The Podcast Guys Appoints Anne Claessen as Chief Operating Officer
The Podcast Guys, a leading event-specialist podcast agency working with global brands, announces the appointment of Anne Claessen as Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective April 13, 2026.
With deep experience across podcast production, marketing and agency leadership, Claessen brings an impressive track record of building high-performing teams, scalable systems and client-focused operations. Claessen joins The Podcast Guys from Cashflow Podcasting, where she most recently served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Her career spans the full spectrum of podcasting, from freelance Podcast Manager editing and writing show notes, to building her own agency and progressing through roles including Podcast Launch Strategist, Marketing Director and ultimately CEO. She holds a master’s degree in Strategic Management and is known for leading with empathy, clarity and a strong operational mindset.
