AdsWizz Technology Powers Tokyo FM’s Programmatic Radio App “Wiz Radio” in Japan

(“AdsWizz”), the leading technology provider of advertising solutions for the digital audio industry, is pleased to support Tokyo FM Broadcasting Co., Ltd (“Tokyo FM”) in their launch of a simulcast radio app called “Wiz Radio” in Japan, with programmatic targeting capabilities for audio advertising.
Wiz Radio will allow the listener access to radio network across Japan (39 stations including Tokyo FM and JFN Network) via simulcast and programmatic audio advertising capabilities for advertisers that allow targeted audio advertising. It is available on iOS and Android.
Additionally, Tokyo FM represents AdsWizz’s AdWave Marketplace in Japan, one of the largest and fastest growing audio ad marketplaces in the world, opening its entire inventory for all demand partners in Japan.
Japan is the world’s second largest music market, with 39 percent of the population using their smartphones to consume music (IFPI*). With radio developing new content via apps and podcasts, digital audio is seen as an increasingly effective channel for advertisers to effectively market to the demographic they want to reach.
