Gemma O’Brien and Lora Elliott Promoted Into Adelicious Senior Leadership team

Adelicious, the UK’s leading independent podcast hosting and monetisation network has announced the promotion of Gemma O’Brien and Lora Elliott to the Senior Leadership Team.

Gemma (right), previously Adelicious’s Agency Sales Director, has been promoted to Head of Sales. Gemma joined Adelicious in September 2022 from Social Chain where she held the role of Agency Director.

Whilst Lora (left), who joined Adelicious from the RadioWorks group in October 2021 as Lead Media Manager, will now be responsible for overseeing all campaign set up and delivery across the network as Head of Campaigns.

In their new roles and as members of the Senior Leadership Team, under CEO Andrew Goldsmith and alongside Commercial Operations Director Craig Eastwood, Gemma and Lora will help lead the commercial side of the business, driving overall business strategy, focusing on market expansion, revenue growth, and strengthening both client and agency relationships.

Additionally, Eve Clarke, who joined the business as a Campaign Executive in January 2023, has been promoted to Senior Campaign Executive.

Founded in 2020, Adelicious has rapidly expanded its reach. In 2023, the platform achieved a staggering 314% increase in network listens, culminating in a sevenfold

growth over the past two years. Adelicious has also cemented its presence both in the UK and internationally, especially in the United States, where it attracts a significant portion of its audience.
