Acast expands sales team in the UK with promotions and restructure

Acast has announced several promotions within its award-winning UK sales department, bringing a restructured team to offer an even more efficient buying process for brands and advertisers.
Mike Thomas has been promoted to Group Business Director and will lead a team covering relationships with some of the most prominent media companies in the UK. Mike joined Acast in 2021 as a Key Account Director and has previously led teams at Clash Music Group and News UK.
Mike Thomas - “My new role will continue to work with some of the biggest ad-buying teams and brands, and I look forward to renewing some long-standing relationships and sharing all the latest news, stats and shows from Acast Creator Network with the media industry.”
Mike joins a senior sales leadership team run by Director of Sales Leo Goldingham, that also includes Kate Lockie as Commercial Partnerships Director, Vicky Dubeck as Sales Operations Director, Tom Roach as Commercial Strategy Director, Sophie Westbeech as Brand Partnerships Director and Emma Morrisroe, Gabriella Cox, Lorna Byrne in Group Business Director roles.
Elsewhere in the department, Dapo Olowu and Imogen Hudson have been promoted to Key Account Director positions, and Amelia Chapman has stepped up to Account Executive.
