- May 11: Exclusive: Daylight Media has acquired the online publication Podcast Review. We first reported on the website in Feb 2018; the well-regarded website contains human-curated podcast recommendations, reviews and analysis (like this, for The Idiot). The weekly newsletter goes to 12,000 people. Alice Orr becomes the Managing Editor.
- May 5: The team behind Anatomy of Murder are to return, with Homicide 360 from Daylight Media. The show takes listeners inside real criminal investigations, telling each story through the voices of victims' loved ones, investigators, and prosecutors. It will launch on May 26.
- Mar 17: Creator-focused podcast studio Daylight Media has announced a strategic partnership with Barometer, a brand suitability and contextual targeting service. The integration will allow Daylight’s sales team to offer more precise targeting and reporting.
- Oct 13, 2025: The Shawn Ryan Show, one of the US’s top 50 podcasts, has signed with Daylight Media. The show was with Cumulus Media, and last month the Wall Street Journal suggested the deal could be worth $10mn. Daylight Media is an expansion of QCODE.
- Sep 25, 2025: QCODE has expanded to become a brand of Daylight Media, a new venture designed for creators to scale reach and monetization. QCODE founder and CEO Rob Herting will lead Daylight Media as CEO. The company has also announced a sales and distribution partnership with The Weekly Show with Jon Stewart.
