- Jan 28: The Castro podcast app has launched listening stats. Castro's Dustin Black says: "You can see how much you listened in any given day, week, month, or year, and you can drill down and see the exact episodes you were listening to at an exact time. It's really cool!"
- Dec 29, 2025: The podcast app Castro has released Castro Wrapped, featuring stats about your year using the app, and an image to share with friends.
- Dec 15, 2025: iOS podcast app Castro has blocked Inception Point AI podcasts from its app search results. In a blog post, Castro's Dustin Bluck says that Inception Point AI "seems to be keying on popular searches in order to flood search results and deceive users."
