Operations Assistant
A full time position
Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Realm.
Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
Realm, an industry-leading studio and global podcast network, is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide high-level, professional administrative support to our CEO and company. The Operations Assistant will play a supporting role in the business and network team and should be organized, data-driven, and proactive. We’re looking for a team player with great communication and interpersonal skills who can prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role based in the NYC area and reports to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily calendar of the CEO by scheduling internal and external meetings, events, appointments, and travels; occasional personal tasks for the CEO as needed
- Schedule internal and external meetings for other team members as needed
- Independently resolve scheduling conflicts, prioritize requests, and confirm meeting details and expectations for the CEO and team
- Plan and coordinate team events and gatherings
- Plan travel, accommodations, meetings, events for industry conferences
- Liaison to team office
- Assist in podcast network operations with the advertising and marketing teams, including research, partner communication, and general operational support
- Assist and participate as needed in ad hoc activities and special projects with various departments; execute tasks and projects assigned on time and to the highest level of quality
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in an executive assistant role or its equivalent, preferably within a lean, fast-moving company
- Preference for candidates who have previously worked in podcasting, audiobooks, or film/tv
- Highly empathetic, grounded, unflappable, kind
- Extraordinary level of organization and attention to detail
- Must be local to the NYC area
